TechYard Recruitment is growing in the U.S., and we're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Boston team in January 2027.

Since launching our Boston office in January 2026, we've built the foundations of our U.S. business, developed a talented team and established relationships with exciting companies across the technology sector. Now, we're ready for our next phase of growth.

We're looking for our next cohort of aspiring recruitment consultants: people who are competitive, curious, entrepreneurial and eager to build something meaningful. No recruitment experience is necessary. We'll provide the training, mentorship and support you need to succeed.

Specializing in AI, Data and Software Engineering recruitment, we connect exceptional talent with some of the most innovative companies in the market. Backed by our partnership with NP Group and an established global network, you'll have the opportunity to build a career in a fast-growing industry while playing a part in the continued growth of our U.S. business.

What You'll Do

• Learn how to source and engage top candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and creative outreach.
• Speak with candidates daily, understanding their skills, motivations and career goals.
• Support the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
• Build long-term relationships with talented people across the tech industry.
• Work closely with experienced recruiters and leadership to master the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Track activity, meet achievable goals and celebrate your wins as part of a growing team.
