Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source qualified IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Handle C2H / Contract-to-Hire recruitment requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on required skills and experience.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Conduct preliminary/telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates' communication, experience, technical exposure, and job suitability.
• Coordinate technical and client interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview, offer, and joining stages.
• Manage multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on IT technologies, market trends, and candidate availability.
