About the role

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, helping attract and hire the talent that powers innovation. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for a technical role, leveraging market intelligence, data, and talent insights to drive hiring decisions and deliver outstanding outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and specialist roles across engineering, cloud, data engineer, and emerging technology functions
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enable attraction and hiring of exceptional talent
• Build proactive talent pipelines and engage high-caliber candidates before hiring needs arise
• Apply structured and objective assessment practices to ensure consistent and high-quality hiring decisions
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on talent strategies that support long-term business growth

About you

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• At least 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment within technology, software, digital, or similar industries

• Strong sourcing expertise across both active and passive candidate channels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities

• Strong understanding of technical talent landscapes, market trends, and competitive hiring environments

• Demonstrated ability to identify high-potential talent beyond traditional credentials and qualifications

• Track record of delivering measurable recruiting results and business impact
