About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in IT recruitment, technology, candidate sourcing, and working with the US market.

The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for both IT and Non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and client requirements from the Recruitment Manager and Business Development Manager.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, job boards, social media, databases, and web searches.
• Identify and connect with both active and passive candidates.
• Review resumes and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone/video screening and evaluate communication skills, experience, and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide updates.
• Assist with salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

• Preferred backgrounds: B.E./B.Tech – CSE, IT, AI & ML, ECE, EEE; MCA; M.Sc. Computer Science; M.Sc. Data Science or related technical fields.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies such as Java, Python, AWS, SQL, etc.
• Basic understanding of IT roles such as Software Engineer, Data Analyst, System Administrator, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work with US candidates and US market requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Boolean Search, LinkedIn Search, and Web Research.
• Good negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
