About the Role

We are looking Senior IT Recruiter with proven expertise in Contract Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring models . In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, specializing in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding high-quality IT professionals for time-sensitive, high-volume, and niche technical projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and internal databases .
• Handle IT recruitment requirements in Contract Staffing .
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS/MIS, and daily recruitment reports.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

🔹 Desired Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment in Contract Staffing .
• Strong sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn .
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and candidate screening .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under deadlines.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures.
