Technical Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment for technology roles.

We’re ideally looking for someone with solid experience recruiting for IT/technical positions , but Associate-level recruiters with strong potential and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Recruit for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, and other IT positions
• Conduct candidate screening and assess technical experience, communication, and overall fit
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment is preferred
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles
• Good communication and candidate management skills
• Comfortable working with multiple vacancies and priorities
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
