- Understand hiring requirements from product-based clients and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Identify and attract candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and overall suitability.
- Work on multiple technology requirements simultaneously and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate technical interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality of hires.
