Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with UAE experience to manage recruitment of engineering, construction, MEP and technical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit technical candidates through LinkedIn, portals and headhunting.
Manage recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Screen and interview candidates and coordinate offers.
Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, work permits, employment contracts and visa processes.
Coordinate with HR/PRO for visa, work permit, cancellation and onboarding procedures.

Requirements:

3+ years UAE recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting technical/engineering professionals.
Good knowledge of UAE labour and employment processes.
Strong communication and sourcing skills.
