RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full life-cycle recruiting of technical professionals
• IT and Engineering
• Use creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
• Build and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire placement through fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire
• Market qualified candidates to new and existing clients
• Knowledge of Bullhorn is a plus

INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE

• 2-3 years experience recruiting for Engineering/IT roles
• Experience in a recruiting environment supporting both direct hire and contract positions
• Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
• Driven, upbeat, positive attitude
• Ability to develop long term relationships with candidates
