The Role

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting, from proactive sourcing to closing, with the flexibility to support other critical searches.

• Partner closely with engineering leadership to define role requirements, assess candidate quality, and maintain a high hiring bar during rapid scaling.

• Develop and nurture evergreen pipelines of top engineering talent, building relationships well in advance of immediate needs.

• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage hard-to-reach technical candidates through various channels.

• Leverage recruiting data and market insights to analyze search performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize recruitment strategies.

• Enhance the overall hiring process, including interview design, candidate experience, and offer negotiation.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a proven ability to hire strong engineers across various levels and specializations.

• Extensive sourcing expertise, with a demonstrated history of building talent pipelines and engaging passive technical candidates.

• Proficiency in managing offers and closing candidates, adeptly balancing candidate expectations with market data and compensation structures.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, demonstrating the ability to build processes while executing and adapting to changing priorities.
