Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team in Iselin, NJ. This role focuses on recruiting IT professionals across the North American market, including Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, and AI-related positions.

Job Responsibilities

• Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and support ongoing recruitment needs.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements and provide suitable candidates.

Requirements

• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required, with strong communication skills in both Chinese and English preferred.
• Candidates with CPT or OPT work authorization are welcome.
• Candidates who wish to participate in the 2027 H-1B lottery are welcome to apply, subject to eligibility and applicable immigration requirements.
• Previous experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, or candidate sourcing is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the North American IT job market is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn technical recruiting processes.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
