About the Role

Job Title - Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, skilled-trade, and semi-skilled roles across construction, manufacturing, industrial, facilities, logistics, and infrastructure projects.
• Partner with hiring managers, site supervisors, project teams, and client stakeholders to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, trade schools, ITIs, community networks, recruitment drives, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and local channels.
• Build active talent pipelines for electricians, welders, fitters, plumbers, HVAC technicians, mechanics, operators, drivers, helpers, and general labor.
• Screen candidates via phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess trade skills, certifications, safety awareness, availability, mobility, compensation, and fit.
• Coordinate trade tests, client interviews, background and medical checks, document verification, and pre-joining requirements.
• Manage offers, candidate closeout, joining formalities, onboarding follow-up, and deployment readiness.
• Travel regularly to client offices, project sites, manufacturing facilities, and hiring events for interviews, drives, and stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain accurate requisition, candidate, interview, and pipeline data in the ATS/CRM; share updates on hiring progress, risks, and manpower forecasts.
• Support workforce planning, project mobilization, backfill hiring, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure hiring delivery meets client expectations, quality standards, compliance requirements, and project timelines.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in staffing, RPO, construction, manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or manpower-intensive sectors.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting blue-collar, skilled-trade, or high-volume site-based roles.
• Familiarity with construction and manufacturing job families, trade qualifications, certifications, shift patterns, safety requirements, and project-based hiring needs.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations, project sites, and recruitment events.
• Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder-management, negotiation, and candidate-engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, work under tight deadlines, and deliver in fast-paced project environments.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, job boards, and candidate-tracking tools.

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $40K–$50K USD annually. Pay within this range may vary based on geography, experience, skills, and applicable qualifications.
