The Role

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to build robust candidate pipelines.

• Proactively engage with passive candidates through creative outreach and networking.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical or niche disciplines.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload and build strong stakeholder relationships.
