Technical Recruiter

The Role

• Own full-cycle recruiting for General Software Engineering roles, from sourcing to offer close.

• Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and market research.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing data, market insights, and feedback to guide decisions.

• Lead candidate debriefs, manage closing strategies, and ensure alignment with hiring standards and candidate experience.

• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve process efficiency.

• Collaborate with sourcers, coordinators, and cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

What You'll Need

• 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house technical hiring.

• Strong sourcing capabilities for technical talent in competitive markets.

• Proven success partnering with senior technical stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.

• Deep understanding of technical roles, including fluency in Full Stack or Backend skill sets.

• Skilled closer with experience in offer negotiation and candidate relationship management.

• Data-driven mindset, comfortable using recruiting metrics and market insights.

• Candidate-first approach with a focus on empathy, transparency, and communication.
