Technical Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring technical talent for various roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a technical or IT-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, including software development, engineering, data science, and other tech positions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
