Technical Recruiter

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment for IT positions across the APAC region, ensuring timely hiring and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles across APAC markets.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent.
• Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain ATS records, recruitment trackers, and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regional hiring practices.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
• Experience in APAC hiring preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines.
