Technical Recruiter- Contract staffing

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (C2H/Contract Staffing).
• Strong understanding of Big4 companies' hiring processes and niche areas like Contract Hiring/Domestic Staffing.
• Proven track record in lateral hiring for senior-level positions at major MNCs.
• Should Have  a working Laptop
• Good written and verbal communication
