Work Setup: Fully Remote – Philippines
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: At least 2 years

 We are looking for someone who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the hiring process through offer acceptance.

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working on technical roles, building strong candidate pipelines, and working in a performance-driven but fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably handling IT/Technical roles.
• Proven experience recruiting for positions such as Software Developers, Engineers, Data Professionals, IT Support, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Business Analysts, and other technology-related roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment platforms.
• Ability to understand and assess technical skills based on job requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate management and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and overall fit.
• Understand technical job requirements and effectively match candidates to client needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews and prepare quality candidate endorsements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT and technology professionals.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and meet agreed recruitment targets.
• Work closely with the recruitment and management team to ensure hiring requirements are delivered efficiently.
• Maintain a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
