Technical Recruiter (IT)

Urgently we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent across various technologies while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication.

• Maintain a talent pipeline and recruitment records.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (Domestic recruitment, as applicable).

• Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, and Cybersecurity e.

• Strong communication and sourcing skills.

• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
