Technical Recruiter (Research)

• We are looking for Technical Recruiters who have strong closure skills and can independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk
• We are rapidly growing the size of the company this year and adding multiple recruiters to the team. This is a rare opportunity for ambitious & startup-minded recruiters who want to experience non-linear growth by joining a top growth company and building it to a successful exit
• Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various engineering roles
• Utilize AI and agentic coding tools to increase workflow automation and improve overall productivity & efficiency
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent
• Learn to influence and partner with leadership leveraging recruiting data and metrics
• Gain industry and business acumen on the Physical AI, autonomous vehicle, and Venture Capital landscape
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help proliferate a compelling talent brand
