As a Recruiter Trainee, you’ll assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This is a

great opportunity for freshers with a BBA or MBA and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.

• Conduct initial interviews and schedule meetings.

• Maintain candidate databases and assist in sourcing strategies.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Recent MBA/MCA/B.tech graduate.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.

• Organized and detail-oriented.
