Technical Recruiter - US Hiring

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring activities for the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing technology talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and a solid understanding of US visa categories, employment terms, and staffing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage top IT and technology professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and overall suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity updates within the ATS.
• Stay updated on US hiring trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of candidate information.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment for US market.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Developers, QA, Data, Cloud, and other IT professionals.
• Strong understanding of US visa categories and employment terms including W2, C2C, 1099, H-1B, GC, and US Citizens.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and major job boards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and time management abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Lahore during US business hours
