Technical Recruiter (US Market) REMOTE

As a Technical Recruiter, you run end-to-end recruitment for US technical roles across software, cloud, data, AI/ML and infrastructure. You source, screen and deliver fully vetted candidates to the client's point of contact, working as part of a dedicated, coached pod. Strong recruiters who can mentor are especially welcome, as mid-senior recruiters help guide the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, outreach and candidate management
• Source passive technical talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Screen and qualify candidates against technical requirements
• Keep the client ATS updated and manage your pipeline
• Coordinate interviews and deliver fully screened, vetted candidates to the client's point of contact
• Build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles
• Meet submittal, quality and time-to-fill KPIs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2 to 3+ years of technical recruiting for the US market
• Strong grasp of technical roles: software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, AI/ML, cybersecurity, product and infrastructure
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing and job boards (for example Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter)
• Able to work independently and manage a pipeline to targets
• Excellent English communication
• Mid-level; mid-senior recruiters who can help guide the team are especially welcome
