Technical Recruiter (WFH)

Important Note:
Applicants must be residing in or near Metro Manila or nearby areas and be willing to visit the company site once or twice a month, as needed. Site visits may be required when conducting or facilitating assessments for candidates for technical roles.

The successful candidate will primarily support Technical/IT recruitment and may also be assigned to support other recruitment requirements or roles when needed, depending on the company's hiring needs.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in recruiting for technical and IT-related roles, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and IT-related positions
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
• Assess candidates based on technical requirements and role qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand candidate requirements and hiring needs
• Schedule interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future technical hiring needs
• Provide regular recruitment updates, candidate endorsements, and sourcing reports
• Support other recruitment roles or hiring requirements when needed

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment is required
• Proven experience recruiting for technical, IT, or technology-related positions
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
• Good understanding of technical roles, IT terminology, and recruitment requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Willingness to report to the company site once or twice a month, as needed
• Must be residing in or near Metro Manila or nearby areas to accommodate occasional site visits
• Ability to work independently in a work-from-home setup

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
