Technical Representative / Wealth Planning Consultant

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with UHNW clients and professional intermediaries, including private banks, family offices, law firms, accounting firms, and trust companies.
• Identify clients' wealth planning, succession planning, and legacy planning needs.
• Provide insurance and wealth planning solutions in collaboration with internal technical specialists.
• Manage the client advisory process, including insurance recommendations, applications, underwriting, policy implementation, and ongoing servicing.
• Follow up on referrals and generate new business opportunities through business partners and networking activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, AML/KYC procedures, and company policies relating to insurance brokerage activities.

About you

• Passed IIQE Papers 1, 3 and 5.
• 1 years of experience in trust and fiduciary services, legal or tax advisory, HNW/UHNW life insurance or related fields
• Experience serving HNW or UHNW clients will be highly preferred.
• Understanding of AML and KYC requirements in a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
