Technical Representative(Broker)

 Prepare and handle new business applications from business partners and sales team
 Coordinate with Relationship Manager, sales team and provide follow up actions on new business pending issues and collecting premiums until the policy is fully in-force
 Review new business procedures, ensure internal & external guidelines are standardized and updated
 Provide daily support to the team members for internal enquiries, daily operation works and cross-departmental works
