Technical Research Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and data-driven Senior Research Analyst

to join our research team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating actionable,

profitable research recommendations across Equity, Futures & Options (F&O), and

Commodity markets. You will serve as a key voice for our brand by analyzing

macroeconomic trends, evaluating market-moving news, and hosting live sessions to

educate and engage our client base.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Call Generation

• Generate daily, weekly, and positional research calls across Equity

(Cash/Delivery), F&O, and Commodity segments.

• Develop, backtest, and execute profitable trading and investment strategies

tailored to various risk profiles.

• Monitor live market movements, technical chart patterns, derivatives data (OI,

PCR, Rollovers), and fundamental drivers to identify trade opportunities.

• Maintain a transparent record of call accuracy, risk-reward ratios, and

performance metrics.

2. Macro & News Analysis

• Analyze global and domestic macroeconomic indicators, central bank policies,

inflation data, and geopolitical events.

• Assess daily news developments, corporate announcements, and quarterly

earnings to evaluate their short- and long-term impact on the markets.

• Deliver rapid market commentary and updates during market hours following

major news triggers.

3. Media Engagement & Content Creation

• Host regular YouTube Live sessions, webinars, and offline seminars to share

market outlooks, stock picks, and macro analyses.

• Educate clients and retail investors on trading strategies, risk management, and

market fundamentals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging market reports, daily

newsletters, and social media content.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 48+ years of core experience in Equity, Derivatives, and

Commodity market research.

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a

related field. (MBA Finance / CFA / CMT preferred).

• Certifications: Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., NISM Series XV:

Research Analyst or equivalent local regulatory license) are mandatory/highly

preferred.

• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in technical analysis software (e.g.,

TradingView, Falcon, or AmiBroker).

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal presentation skills with confidence in

front of a live camera (YouTube/Webinars). Strong written skills for drafting

research reports.
