Technical Reviewer

Key Responsibilities

• Review audit reports and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company procedures, accreditation requirements, and QHSE audit standards.
• Verify audit planning, execution, auditor competence, audit duration, and technical adequacy of audit findings.
• Assess whether audit conclusions are sufficient to support the audit team's recommendations.
• Raise constructive and timely queries when audit documentation or findings require clarification.
• Complete technical reviews within established KPI targets.
• Utilize relevant systems and applications, including CertIQ and DigiApp.
• Maintain current knowledge of management system standards, accreditation requirements, audit techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) policies and objectives.
• Participate in safety initiatives, risk assessments, emergency preparedness activities, and incident investigations as required.
• Promote workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the effectiveness of the QHSEE Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Quality, Environmental, or Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Successful completion of at least one Lead Auditor training courses for QEHS management systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 certification processes is an advantage.
• Additional qualifications such as NEBOSH, Pollution Control Officer certification, or similar QEHS training are preferred.
• Auditor or Lead Auditor certification in QEHS management systems is a plus.
