Professional Summary:

• Provides structured technical review and advisory support, ensuring that system architecture, security, FRDs, data migration, and interface plans align with industry standards, State requirements, and regulatory expectations

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in system architecture review, security, cloud technologies, integration, or large‑scale technical advisory roles.
• Experience reviewing FRDs, Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL)/Data Migration Plans, Architecture Documentation, Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Plan (DR/BCP) Plans, Security Artifacts, Integration Specs, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and related deliverables.
• Understanding of federal and state regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, HITECH, CMS MARS‑E, NIST 800‑53/37/30, and Missouri Information Security Policies.
• Proficiency with Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, ADO, and modeling tools (Erwin, Visio, Lucidchart).
• Not responsible for system build, configuration, or development.
