Technical Sale Representative (Powder Coating) - Chinese Speaking

·        Manage and develop assigned Chinese customer accounts.

·        Identify new business opportunities and support new customer acquisition.

·        Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.

·        Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationships with key contacts.

·        Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

·        Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers.

·        Support product trials, qualification processes, and new product introductions.

·        Work closely with Technical Service, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to address customer needs.

·        Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving related to coating applications and performance.

·        Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints and corrective actions.

Job Requirement:

·        Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Coatings Technology, or related discipline.

·        3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales, Application Support, or Business Development.

·        Experience in one or more of the following industries:

• Powder Coatings
• Paints and coatings
• Specialty Chemicals
• Resins
• Chemical Raw Materials

Essential Requirements

·        Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory.

·        Good English communication skills.

·        Strong technical understanding of coatings, paints, or chemical products.

·        Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to customers.

·        Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits.
