Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sales Advisor Apprentice to join our team. Duties

• Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage client relationships by maintaining ongoing contact and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Support customers by answering technical questions and offering product recommendations based on their specific requirements.
• Promote and sell automotive solutions, including alignment services, electrical components, suspension systems, wheels and tires, leveraging technical knowledge to close deals successfully.
• Demonstrate proficiency in automotive terminology and technical aspects to assist clients confidently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to identify customer needs, prepare quotations, and facilitate deal closing processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products, trends, and technical specifications relevant to automotive parts and services.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in automotive technology and solutions with a willingness to learn technical aspects of the industry.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship management.
• Basic understanding of automotive components such as alignment, electrical systems, suspension, wheels and tires.
• Ability to support customers with technical information clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for solution sales and deal closing activities.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience or knowledge in automotive industry is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
