Technical Sales Agent

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Agent with experience or technical knowledge in the water industry. The ideal candidate can understand customer requirements, recommend suitable water solutions, prepare proposals, and develop long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new clients for water-related products and solutions
• Conduct client visits and identify technical requirements
• Recommend appropriate equipment, products, or system solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations
• Coordinate technical requirements with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and other departments
• Follow up quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and client requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Monitor competitors, market pricing, and new opportunities in the water industry
• Meet assigned sales targets and submit regular sales/activity reports
• Provide after-sales coordination and ensure customer concerns are properly endorsed and resolved

About you

• College graduate or undergraduate of Engineering, Business, Marketing, or any related course
• Preferably with sales experience in the water industry
• Background or knowledge in water treatment systems, water filtration and purification, RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems, pumps and pressure systems, water refilling station equipment, commercial or industrial water systems, or filters, membranes, cartridges, valves, and related components
• Able to understand basic technical specifications and recommend appropriate products or solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable conducting client visits, site inspections, product presentations, and follow-ups
• Able to generate leads and develop new accounts
• Customer-oriented and capable of maintaining existing accounts
• Target-driven and willing to work in the field
• Valid driver's license is an advantage
