Salary: ₱19,000 – ₱25,000 / month (Basic) + Sales Commission Incentives

About the Role

Philippine Power Services Trade Inc. is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Technical Sales & Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the front-facing coordinator managing digital inquiries and sales operations for both corporate/B2B accounts (contractors, industrial buyers, commercial facilities) and direct end consumers (residential and small business owners).

You will handle overall social media management across all platforms, respond to product inquiries, and assist in closing sales. No prior technical background with generators is required—comprehensive technical training on generator sets, engines, and spare parts will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Channel Management: Create, schedule, and publish promotional content across Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms; monitor comments, DMs, and engagement across all channels.
• Customer Inquiry Handling: Provide prompt, professional product assistance via chat, calls, and email to both commercial business clients and direct end-user consumers.
• Sales Support & Quotations: Prepare formal sales quotations for corporate buyers, handle retail order processing, coordinate product deliveries, and assist in after-sales follow-ups.
• Product Consultation: Explain generator features, capacity requirements, and spare parts options clearly to non-technical end users, while coordinating technical details with corporate purchasing officers and engineers.
• Admin & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, lead logs, and inquiry tracking using Google Workspace tools.

About You

• Minimum High School graduate; College Degree or Vocational Diploma is a strong advantage (open to graduates of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields).
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) for documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Experienced with social media platforms (Facebook Pages/Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and basic content creation/marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate clearly with both corporate clients and retail buyers.
• Willing and eager to learn the technical aspects of generator sets and machinery.
• Highly organized, dependable, and capable of working independently in an office environment.
• Able to commit to a full-time, on-site Monday to Saturday schedule in Binondo, Manila.
