Technical Sales Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organised Technical Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, supporting colleagues with the sales process from enquiry through to order completion.

Working alongside our Sales and Technical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive accurate quotations, technical advice, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms.
• Prepare and issue quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist customers with product selection and technical information.
• Process sales orders and maintain customer records.
• Follow up quotations and support business development activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Support the sales team with administrative duties and reporting.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, technical sales, or an engineering environment would be advantageous.

This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in technical sales within a supportive company culture. Training will be provided to the candidate to ensure they know how our CRM system works alongside Microsoft applications.
