Technical Sales Associate

About the role

As Technical Sales Associate or Specialist, the role encompasses identifying business opportunities and converting them to profitable sales transactions through customer value creation, product ideation and project management. You will support and implement defined sales strategies to enhance business growth and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and convert them to profitable sales transactions through customer value creation, product ideation and project management
• Support and implement defined sales strategies to enhance business growth and meet sales targets
• Find opportunities and new clients, and properly qualify and manage a sales pipeline
• Foster positive dynamic teamwork and trusted relationships with BU teams, customers, clients and suppliers
• Ensure compliance requirements supporting the development and implementation of regulatory policies and sales strategies
• Promote the introduction and growth of products to clients

About you

• At least 1 year of experience in the field
• Graduate of BS Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Cosmetic Science
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including presentation skills
• Tech savvy with technical literacy
• Ability to drive a car
• Ability to conduct research and market checks
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
