WE'RE HIRING

TECHNICAL SALES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:

• Identify clients needs and recommend company products that best fulfill those needs.
• Identify new opportunities to increase product sales, investigate and resolve client complaints, and strategically negotiate the terms of sale with clients to close deals.
• Coordinates and implements marketing programs and sales activities.
• Visits existing and potential clients to assess their needs.
• Assist surgeons and hospital staff on proper implant usage.
• Conduct training on products and instrumentation.
• Willing to travel in Visayas and Mindanao areas.
• Have knowledge of government bidding processes.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health-related courses or business courses.
• A strong commitment to customer service and excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A deep understanding of the sales process, customer service, and product knowledge are crucial factors for success in this role.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn, undergo training and work independently with minimal supervision.
