Technical Sales Associate

Job Summary:

As a Technical Sales Associate, you will develop sales opportunities for NGT Global’s cybersecurity solutions. You will identify client needs, recommend and present suitable solutions, prepare proposals, and provide the technical expertise needed to convert opportunities into contracts. You will engage directly with clients, build relationships, and demonstrate how the company’s security solutions address business challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. You will manage client relationships and be accountable for meeting your individual sales targets.

Job Description:

· Collaborate with the sales team to identify prospects, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into successful deals.

· Understand customer requirements and position appropriate security solutions to meet business objectives.

· Conduct presentations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase solution value and competitive advantage.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation aligned with customer needs.

· Build rapport with clients through meetings, workshops, and follow-ups to strengthen trust and loyalty.

· Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s solutions.

· Provide technical input during negotiations, address customer concerns, and support closing strategies.

· Other duties may be assigned by upper management.

Performance Expectations:

You are required to meet the individual sales quota set out in your Sales Incentive Program, which will specify the target amount, measurement period, and how sales are credited to you. Your performance against this quota will be reviewed and documented in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other related field. Advanced certifications in cybersecurity are highly desirable.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess customer requirements, identify solutions, and translate them into actionable recommendations.

· Flexibility to travel occasionally for customer meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.

· Amenable to work in Marikina City from Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
