Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Sales professional. This role is responsible for developing detailed engineering proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering knowledge, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed engineering proposals that align with client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with sales and execution teams to gather project specifications and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Prepare cost estimations, including materials, labor, and additional expenses.
• Draft and review technical documents, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and vendors to secure business opportunities.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure proposals comply with company policies, industry regulations, and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering , Control & Instrument engineering , process control or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in technical sales, proposal engineering, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong cost estimation abilities to accurately determine project budgets.
• Excellent technical writing skills for clear and detailed documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal team interactions.
• Negotiation skills to establish favorable terms with clients and suppliers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
• Possess a valid driving license.
