Selling cell analysis instrumentation.

Our client is a market leader of cell counting and analysis instrumentation, widely used from early discovery to advanced therapies and bioprocessing. This is a small, fast-growing company, with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. They are expanding their commercial support team, seeking experienced sales professionals with expertise in cell culture.

This is a hybrid role, being onsite in the South San Francisco office or at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve territory quotas, managing full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Maintain existing accounts, and identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and industry events
• Provide technical consultation to customers regarding product portfolio

Qualifications

• BS in life science discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years technical sales experience in life sciences, with proven track record of performance
• Established network within biotech, pharma and academic research institutions in the Bay area
• Solid understanding of cell culture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, solid work ethic and achievement driven personality.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
