TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER

KEY FOCUS

To support business growth by providing technical solutions that meet the needs of our palm oil industry customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies for the palm oil industry.
• Provide technical solutions for our products & systems, including Hydraulics, Automation, SCADA, IoT and AI.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals according to customer needs.
• Conduct product presentations and solution demos to customers.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the palm oil industry.
• Good understanding of palm oil mill processes and technology needs.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Solution, target and result-oriented.
• Willing to travel for business.
