Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with experience in field sales and technical sales, preferably in pumps, fluid handling or rotating equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and build relationships with customers, consultants and contractors.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pump solutions.
• Support product selection and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in field sales.
• Experience in pumps, fluid handling, rotating equipment or industrial products is preferred.
• Good understanding of pump types, fluid dynamics and industrial applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
