Technical Sales Engineer

This position will be based in Wilo Singapore office.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Sales Engineer to join our Singapore team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Wilo pumping solutions across Building Services, HVAC, Water Supply, Wastewater, and Industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and achieve sales targets for pump and water management solutions.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, facility managers, and end users.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and specification activities.
• Provide technical support including pump sizing, hydraulic calculations, product selection, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, commercial proposals, and follow up on project opportunities.
• Deliver pre‑sales and post‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Support marketing activities, exhibitions, seminars, and technical workshops.
• Preferred background in pumps, HVAC, water/wastewater, M&E building services, or industrial applications.
• Requires strong communication, relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or project engineering.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of pump systems, hydraulics, HVAC, and engineering calculations is an advantage.
