TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER

About the role

As a Technical Sales Engineer at JB Elite Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by providing technical expertise and exceptional customer service to our valued clients. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for understanding the technical requirements of our products and effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential customers. Your strong technical background, coupled with your excellent sales and communication skills, will be instrumental in securing new business and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the application and use of JB Elite Corporation's products
• Assist in the development of customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our offerings
• Participate in the development of marketing materials and training programs for the sales team
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in a technical discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience requirements are flexible based on qualifications, with consideration given to candidates who demonstrate exceptional technical competency and relevant skills
• Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience will have an advantage
• Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand terms
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills to provide tailored solutions to customers
• Proficient in the use of sales automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events as needed
• Currently based in Thailand and legally authorized to work in Thailand
