WE’RE HIRING | Technical Sales Engineer
Protech Automation is looking for a confident, motivated, and technically inclined Technical Sales Engineer to join our team and build a career in Technical Sales & Industrial Automation.
Location: Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 50,000
Experience: Fresh Graduate – 1 Year
About the Role
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and a genuine interest in technical sales and industrial automation.
*Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell industrial automation products and solutions
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product information
- Follow up with potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and client follow-ups
- Stay updated on automation products and market trends
- Work toward assigned sales and customer engagement targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatonics, or a relevant field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of technical products or industrial automation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in technical sales
- Proactive, motivated, and target-oriented attitude
