Primary Responsibilities Sales Cycle Management:

• Drive the complete sales process from lead identification through contract closure
• Develop and submit technical proposals and commercial quotations
• Negotiate terms and manage deal progression with clients and stakeholders

Technical Solutions Development

• Prepare system integration schemes and functional specification documents
• Conduct technical evaluations to match customer requirements with equipment solutions
• Provide pre-sales technical consultation on HVAC systems, cleanrooms panel, Pharma Production machinery & Equipments.

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare, and related sectors
• Target pharmaceutical vendors, and end-users
• Build and expand market presence within assigned regions.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
• Serve as primary technical contact for complex project inquiries
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and solution support

Key Skills Required

• Technical knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment, Cleanroom, HVAC systems, Pharma Machinery proposal writing, negotiation abilities, and strong communication skills across technical and commercial contexts.
