Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries and provide professional support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and payment collections in coordination with the accounts department.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and sales records accurately.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
• Coordinate between sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks and business coordination.
• Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion of all sales-related activities.
• Support in developing strong customer relationships and long-term business opportunities.
