What You ll Do

Identify, engage, and onboard new customers in the hardware and electronics space.

Build a strong sales pipeline and drive it from lead to closure.

Understand customer needs and collaborate with technical teams to offer competitive

techno-commercial proposal.

Ability to work through online & offline channel to build robust sales pipeline

Pitch confidently from early-stage hardware startups to established OEMs.

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strong relationship

management.

Keep a close eye on market trends, new technologies, and potential growth sectors.

What You ll Bring

3 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EMS / electronics / hardware industry.

Engineering background (Electronics or Electrical preferred).

Strong hunter mindset energetic, ambitious, and growth-oriented.

Basic costing knowledge for EMS & box builds will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven startup environment.

Flexibility to travel across India.
