Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary Responsible for developing business opportunities, promoting the company’s engineering services, maintaining client relationships, and conducting site inspections as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Present the company’s services to prospective clients.
• Conduct site inspections as needed to assess project requirements.
• Review construction plans and technical documents.
• Coordinate with the QS, technical, and operations teams regarding project requirements.
• Follow up on client inquiries and potential projects.
• Meet assigned sales targets and maintain client records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
• With experience in sales, construction, or business development is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in reading construction plans and technical documents.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving 4-wheel vehicles.
• Willing to travel and conduct site inspections as needed.
