About the Role

Diligence Certifications is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented candidates to join our team as Technical Sales Engineers. This opportunity is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who wish to combine their technical knowledge with sales, business development, and client relationship management.

The selected candidates will be responsible for understanding client requirements, recommending appropriate certification and compliance solutions, and identifying new business opportunities to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and client meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable certification and compliance services.
• Explain and promote certification services related to BIS, ISI, CRS, FMCS, and other applicable standards.
• Prepare quotations, business proposals, and service-related documentation.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Work toward monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business development.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering are eligible to apply.
• MBA graduates specializing in Marketing are also eligible.
• Candidates from Computer Science and Information Technology backgrounds are not eligible.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates residing in Noida or Delhi will be preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and a willingness to learn.
• Interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a customer-focused approach.
