What they need
System Design: Spec out robots, including motor/gearbox sizing and peripheral integration.
Technical Demos: Showcase hardware performance, precision metrics, and ROI to plant managers and lead engineers.
Application Engineering: Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical compatibility during the pre-sales phase.
RFPs & Proposals: Draft technical specifications for custom automation projects.
Expertise: Solid understanding of Gearboxes (planetary, strain wave, etc.), servos, and automation peripherals.
Technical Skills: Ability to read CAD drawings, electrical schematics, and automation logic.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon for stakeholders.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, E&TC, or Robotics Engineering.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,391.95 - ₹48,319.26 per month
